In SAP world, you have the most popular ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology. Based on the experience of multiple successful implementations, ASAP methodology is developed to ensure the successful, on-time SAP implementation.
Many consulting firms claim to have their own Implementation Methodologies - but most are simply the variations of ASAP Methodologies. We at Delta System and Software Inc, adhere to ASAP Methodology.
